【摘要】 目的　探讨重庆市城市社区人群 2型糖尿病的主要危险因素 ,为城市社区人群制定适宜的预防和干预措施提供科学依据。方法　在重庆市城市社区人群 2型糖尿病流行病学调查的基础上 ,采用频数匹配的病例对照研究方法 ,对研究因素进行单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果　糖尿病家族史、收缩压升高、腰臀比值大、高甘油三酯是 2型糖尿病的主要危险因素。结论　在社区人群中 ,倡导健康合理的膳食习惯 ,控制血压、体重是预防2型糖尿病发生的重要措施更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the risk factors and to provide evid ence for prevention and intervention of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).MethodsOn the basis of the epidemiological survey of typ e 2 DM in urban community population of Chongqing,a frequency matched case-contr ol study was used.The relationships between risk factors and type 2 DM were anal yzed by unconditional univariate and multivariate Logistic regression.ResultsFamily history of DM,hypertension,obesity,hyperli pidemia were the major risk factors for type 2 DM.ConclusionIt was an important measure to prevent type 2 DM in community population to propose healthy life style including proper diet,c ontrol of weight and high blood pressure.更多还原
