单侧外固定器与红骨髓移植治疗胫骨骨不连
Unilateral external fixation device combined with transplantation of red bone marrow for the treatment of nonunion of the tibia
【摘要】 <正>我们自1997年9月-2002年6月采用单侧外固定架固定的同时经皮自体红骨髓移植治疗胫骨骨干骨折不愈合22例,疗效满意。现报告如下。1 临床资料 本组22例,男16例,女6例;年龄20-62岁,平均34.6岁。其中交通伤10例,煤矿砸伤8例,高处坠落伤4例。胫骨钢板螺钉固定失败8例,普通髓内针失败4例,手法复位
