【摘要】 目的 :研究活血补肾中药丹仙康骨胶囊对体外培养成骨细胞VEGF活性的影响 ,进一步探讨丹仙康骨胶囊抗骨坏死的作用机制。方法 :应用RT -PCR及流式细胞仪检测观察不同剂量丹仙康骨胶囊对成骨细胞VEGFmRNA的表达与VEGF的生成的影响。结果 :丹仙康骨胶囊可以促进成骨细胞VEGFmRNA的表达与VEGF的生成 ,并呈剂量依赖性。结论 :丹仙康骨胶囊促进成骨细胞VEGFmRNA的表达与VEGF的生成可能是其抗骨坏死的作用机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Danxian Kanggu capsules extracted from traditional Chinese medicine on the vascular endothelial growth factor expression and production by osteoblats,and explore the mechanism of anti-osteonecrosis of Danxian Kanggu capsules.Methods:Osteoblasts derived from fetal rats were used in this study.VEGF mRNA expression,intracellular production induced by Danxian Kanggu capsules were measured by RT-PCR and flow cytometry.Results:Danxian Kanggu capsules could significantly increase vascular endothelial growth factor expression and production in osteoblats in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion:The anti-osteonecrosis effect of Danxian Kanggu capsules may be through its increasable effect on vascular endothelial growth factor expression and production in osteoblasts.更多还原
