【摘要】 目的　对生物农药白僵菌原药进行急性经口、经皮、吸入毒性试验 ,眼刺激试验和致敏 (皮肤变态反应 )试验。方法　按照《农药登记毒理学试验方法》(GB1 5 6 70— 1 995 )进行操作。结果　该受试物对雄、雌性大鼠急性经口LD50 >5 0 0 0mg kg ;对雄、雌性大鼠急性经皮LD50 (4h) >2 1 5 0mg kg ;对雄、雌性大鼠急性吸入LC50 (2h) >5 0 0 0mg m3;对实验兔急性眼刺激的平均指数为 0 ;对豚鼠致敏 (皮肤变态反应 )试验 ,致敏率为 1 6 7%。结论　该受试物急性经口属微毒性、急性经皮属低毒性、急性吸入属微毒性 ,眼刺激试验为无刺激性 ,致敏 (皮肤变态反应 )试验属Ⅱ级轻度致敏物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To test acute toxicity of biopesticide beauveria bassiana, including poisoning through mouth and skin, acute inhalation toxicity, acute eye irritation test and dermal sensitization. Methods Toxicological test methods of pesticides for registration(GB15670 1995) were used. Results The acute oral toxicity of beauveria bassiana is LD 50 >5 000 mg/kg, acute dermal toxicity LD 50 (4 h)>2 150 mg/kg, LC 50 (2 h)>5 000 mg/m 3. There is no irritation to rabbit eye, and rate of dermal sensitization is 16 7%. Conclution The toxicity of beauveria bassiana is lower with no irritation to rabbit eye, and it belongs to grade Ⅱ weak sensitizing matter.更多还原
