【摘要】 本文通过对抗战时期党的私营工商业政策和抗日根据地私营工商业生存和发展进程进行考察,认为党关于私营工商业的一整套正确政策是从抗日战争时期开始逐步形成的,而根据这一整套政策展开的实践也是基本稳健和妥当的。可以说,党领导的抗日根据地私营工商业的发展道路是一条成功的道路。这条道路给后人以深刻启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes a study on the Party’s policies on private industrial and commercial enterprises (PJCEs) in the period of Anti - Japanese War and analyzes the PICEs’ subsistence and development in Anti - Japanese base areas. The author’s conclusions are the followings: firstly, the correct policies were formed step by step during the war and their implementation was basically solid and appropriate; secondly, the PICEs supplied important supports to the armed forces and civilians in the base areas; thirdly, the policies and their practice were the headsprings of the new democratic theory, especially in the aspects of policies and experiences.更多还原
