【摘要】 在540℃和565℃温度下进行30Cr1Mo1V转子钢的低周疲劳实验研究。应用损伤力学理论对实验结果进行分析,得到该材料在此温度下的损伤演化规律,并将试验结果和30Cr2MoV在550℃结果进行比较,从低周疲劳特性方面探讨30Cr1Mo1V用于超临界参数机组转子钢的可行性。结果表明,温度从540℃上升到565℃时,30Cr1Mo1V转子钢的低周疲劳性能无显著下降,30Cr1Mo1V钢在565℃的低周疲劳性能和30Cr2MoV钢在550℃下的疲劳性能处于同一水平。从低周疲劳特性看,30Cr1Mo1V转子钢用作超临界参数机组转子钢是可行的。

【Abstract】 <abstract>w-cycle fatigue experiments of 30Cr1Mo1V rotor steel were carried out under strain-controlled at 540℃ and 565℃. The results are analyzed with damage mechanics theory, the evolution laws of this material at the two temperatures are obtained, the comparisons are made with 30Cr2MoV steel at 550℃, and the feasibility of properties. The results show that 30Cr1Mo1V steel has the similar low cycle fatigue properties at 565℃ 30Cr1Mo1V steel as super-critical steam turbine shaft material is investigated from the point of low cycle fatigue as that of 30Cr2MoV at 550℃.It is feasible for 30Cr1Mo1V steel to be used as shaft material in super critical steam turbine unit from the point of low cycle fatigue properties.
