煤粉锅炉掺烧石油焦的燃烧调整

【摘要】 将石油焦与烟煤掺混在煤粉锅炉里进行燃烧,使燃烧特性变得复杂,甚至使锅炉燃烧效率下降。为解决这一问题,经理论分析和在试验台上进行大量燃烧调整实验研究后,提出改变传统的均等配风方式、降低燃烧中心位置、提高燃料细度和调整一二次风等的组合燃烧调整技术,此技术已在一些热电厂运行试验中取得成效。文中详细论述了此调整方法的原理,并分析了试验台研究与现场运行结果。

【Abstract】 When the pulverized coal blended with petroleum coke is burned in the boiler, the combustion characteristics would becomecomplicate, even the combustion efficiency of boiler would decline. For solving this problem, through theoretical analysis and a largenumber of combustion adjustment-experiments and study, a combinative combustion adjustment technology was put forward, i. e., to changethe traditional equal air distribution scheme, lower the combustion center position, raise fuel fineness and adjust the primary and secondaryair etc. This technology has been employed in some power plants with better effects achieved in the operation tests. This paper details theprinciple of adjustment method, and analyzes the results of study on test--bed and on--site operation.
