【Abstract】 In view of some special problems existing on the generating units which send power across grids first through dedicated long distancetransmission lines, this paper analyzes the important roles in the aspects of ensuring the self-safety, economy and convenience etc., when theunits operates with service poweronly after the units fast cutback.
