采用先进的高压侧电压控制改善阳城—淮阴500kV交流输电系统性能

【摘要】 研究一种通过为常规发电机励磁系统增加补偿控制的先进的高压侧电压控制器(HSVC),介绍HSVC的原理、特性和优点。与常规的励磁控制方法相比较,采用HSVC能够控制升压变压器高压侧电压为给定值,维持输电系统较高的电压水平。HSVC的实现不需要从升压变压器高压侧反馈任何信号,因此经济、实现方便。结合阳城—淮阴500kV交流远距离输电系统进行高压侧电压控制的计算分析,并与串联电容补偿比较。研究结果表明,HSVC可提高该系统的功率输送能力,改善系统的角度稳定和电压稳定性,是一种切实可行的控制方式。

【Abstract】 An advanced High Side Voltage Control (HSVC ) regulator is introduced in this paper by adding supplemental control to conventionalgenerator excitalion system. The ptinciples, characteristics and advantages of applying advanced HSVC are described. With HSVC, thehigh side voltage of a step-up transformer can be controlled to a set value and the transmission system is maintained a higher voltage valuethan with conventional excitation systems. This advanced HSVC is realized without any feedback signal from the high voltage side of a step-uptransformer, so it is relatively low-cost and easy to implement. The performance of applying HSVC in the Yangcheng-Huaiyin 500 kV powertransmission system is studied in comparison with fixed series capacitor compensation. The results show that HSVC can increase the powertransfer capability, improve both angle and voltage stability of the system. The feasibility of this control method is also proved in this paper.
