关于引进型300MW汽轮发电机组振动异常问题的研究
A RESEARCH OF THE VIBRATION MALFUCTION PROBLEM FOR IMPORTED TYPE 300MW TURBOGENERATOR SETS
【摘要】 以理论和实验相结合的方法分析了引进型300MW发电机组振动异常的机理,阐明了发电机-励磁机三支承轴系结构是引发6号、7号瓦振动不平衡响应大和发电机密封瓦碰摩的主因,并提出了有效控制6号、7号瓦振动缓升和不稳定的对策。
【Abstract】 In this paper, based on the combination of theory and practice ,the mechanisms of vibration malfunction for imported type 300MW turbogenerator sets is analyzed. The three bearing structure of generator and exciter is the main cause of question to initiate the large unbalance response for #6, #7 bearings and rubbing of sealed block . Finally in this paper author suggested the effective measure to control the vibration climbing and instability for #6, #7 bearings.
