O2/CO2气氛煤粉燃烧及固硫特性研究

【摘要】 该文利用热重法分析了O2/CO2、空气两种不同气氛下煤的燃烧特性,得出与空气条件相比,O2/CO2条件下煤的着火及燃尽温度有明显降低、燃烧特性指数提高的结论,即O2/CO2气氛可改善燃烧过程、优化燃烧特性。同时通过对两种情况下煤粉燃烧钙基脱硫特性的比较,发现较高浓度的CO2 气氛可阻止石灰石的分解,其硫化反应机理与传统方式下不同,脱硫效果有较大提高,并且这种优势在一定范围内随温度的升高以及CO2体积含量的增加而愈加显著。由此得出,O2/CO2气氛不仅有助于煤粉燃烧而且可以有效地提高脱硫效率,克服了传统空气方式下高温脱硫效率低的缺点。

【Abstract】 Combustion characteristics of the pulverized coal is studied by thermogravimetric analysis under the O2/CO2 atmosphere and the results are compared with traditional air conditions. The ignition temperature and burnout temperature of the pulverized coal are obviously lowered under O2/CO2 conditions, so the combustion process and the burning characteristics are improved greatly. Meanwhile, by comparing calcium-based desulfurization characteristics during coal burning process under both the O2/CO2 atmosphere and traditional air condition, it is shown that high CO2 atmosphere prevented a decomposition of limestone and causes a direct sulphate reaction which is different from that in the traditional air atmosphere. Desulfurization efficiency increases in accordance with temperature and CO2 volume percent increases to some extent. Therefore, the combustion characteristics of the pulverized coal and calcium-based desulfulrization characteristic in O2/CO2 have been improved and the problem of the low desulfulrization efficiency in traditional air have been solved.
