超导储能系统用多模块电流型变流器载波轮换均流方法

【摘要】 采用载波相移SPWM控制的超导储能系统用多模块直接并联电流型变流器,传统上采用单独调节各个模块调制信号参数的方法实现直流侧均流,但却使交流侧谐波恶化。该文将相移的载波在各个模块间轮换以实现均流,并选择最优的轮换时刻以减少附加的开关操作,通过仿真和实验证明:载波轮换可以在不单独调节各个模块的调制信号参数的情况下实现直流侧均流,交流侧总电流谐波比采用传统均流方法时明显减小,载波轮换导致的附加开关操作次数不显著。

【Abstract】 Phase-shifted SPWM technique was adopted to control a directly-paralleled multi-modular current source converter for Super-conducting Magnetic Energy Storage System. In classic DC current averaging method, the DC side current of this multi-modular current source converter was averaged by adjusting the amplitude and phase angle of the modulation signal of each module individually, such control resulted in the rising of the AC side harmonics. Swapping of the phase-shifted carrier signals between each module was introduced in this paper as a way to average the DC currents, the swapping time was selected at the optimal time to reduce the additional switching operation caused by carrier swapping. Simulation and experiments show that the carrier-swapping method can balance the DC side current without adjusting the amplitude and phase angle of the modulation signal of each module individually. The harmonics of the AC current can be reduced comparing with the classic current balance control loop. The additional switch operation needs by the career swapping is few when swapping at the optimal time.
