1500V船用新型直流断路器的研究

【摘要】 介绍了几种典型的直流断路器的结构及其工作原理,在此基础上提出了一种新型结构的直流断路器,它应用电流转移原理,实现对直流电弧的强迫过零;采用电子操动来实现对故障的实时监测与断路器控制;采用单机构,实现了主电路分闸与转移电流的投入同步操作,不但使分闸速度有所提高,同时满足了在要求开距下投入电流,投入时间准确。文中对此新型断路器系统进行了电路仿真,最后进行了实验,实验结果与理论分析一致,表明新型结构动作准确、迅速、可行。

【Abstract】 Constructions and work principles of several kinds DCCB (DC circuit breaker) are introduced, and a new type construction DCCB is presented as well, which adopts current commutation principle to make DC arc to zero, and electronic-actuator is applied to watch real time fault and control DCCB. The main circuit’s opening and transfer current’s devoting are operated synchronously by adopting single actuator, which not only accelerates opening speed, but also satisfies the request that the transfer current must be devoted in asked opening distance. The new type DCCB system is simulated in the paper. The experiment results are the same as the theory analysis, and indicates that the new actuator can work exactly and quickly, and the scheme is feasible too.
