【摘要】 提出了一种新颖的三相 Cuk 型高功率因数校正电路。在电路拓扑中采用三相全桥整流桥和单管功率开关实现高功率因数和低谐波电流输入;同时在中间储能电容(过渡电容)上串联一电感以及在续流二极管上并联一小电容,使得电路工作在复合谐振状态,从而获得零电流开关。文章分析了电路的工作原理,仿真验证了理论分析结果,同时一个 2kW 的试验电路验证了结论的正确性。该电路具有输出电压调节范围宽、功率因数和效率高等特点,具有很好的实用化前景。

【Abstract】 A novel three-phase high power factor rectifier based on Cuk converter is presented. A single switch and uncontrolled three-phase rectified bridges are used to obtain the high power factor and low harmonic input current. A multi- resonant operation is obtained by series with an inductor to the Cuk capacitor and shunting a small capacitor to the freewheeling diode. The principle of topology circuit is analyzed and simulation results confirm the validity of the analysis, morever, a 2kW experimental prototype is designed. A wide regulation capability of the output voltage, high power factor and high efficiency is obtained in this circuit. It will be a practical topology.
