【摘要】 目的　探讨超声对卵巢过度刺激综合征 (ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)的早期诊断价值。方法　经腹超声 ,对使用促排卵药物后发生过度刺激反应的卵巢动态观察和监测。结果　卵巢体积增大、成熟卵泡 (直径 >2 .0 cm)数目增多并等大、陶氏腔积液、腹水、胸水等是超声诊断 OHSS发生的早期声像表现。结论　超声对 OHSS具有较高的早期诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)in the early stage.Methods Using transabdominal ultrasound(TAUS),we observed and monitored the OHSS after stimulating drugs given in the early stage.Results The following changes were seen:the ovary volumes were increased;the mumerals of mature follicles were increased with the same size of >20 cm in diameter;liquid in cavum Dougalasi,ascites,hydrothorax and etc existed.Conclusions According to these characteristics,OHSS in the early stage can be diagnosed ultrasonographically.Ultrasound is worthy for OHSS early diagnosis,quickly and directly.更多还原
