超声联合1,6-二磷酸果糖醛缩酶在肝癌射频治疗中的监测作用

【摘要】 目的 探讨超声联合血清 1,6 -二磷酸果糖醛缩酶 (fructose1,6 - diphosphate aldolase,FDP- AL D)等指标在原发性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)射频消融 (radio- frequency,RF)治疗中的监测作用。方法  HCC 14例共 14个肿瘤结节行 RF治疗。治疗前后行超声检查、检测不同时点的血清 FDP- AL D、甲胎蛋白 (AFP)等指标并进行比较。结果 术后第 1d FDP- AL D达最高值 ,随后呈直线下降 ,血清 AFP术前及术后的分布与之一致。结论 血清 FDP- AL D活性变化可反映 HCC组织的坏死程度 ,超声联合血清 FDP- AL D活性测定可作为 HCC消融治疗中的监测方法

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound combined with fructose 1,6-diphosphate(FDP) aldolase in monitering tumorous tissue damaged by radio-frequency(RF)ablation in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods Fourteen patients with 14 tumor nodules were treated with RF.Ultrasound imaging and changes in serum levels of FDP aldolase activities were analyzed and the level of serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) was also measured .These indices were compared between pre-and post-treatments.Results The diameter of tumors was larger than that of treatment;Serum levels of FDP aldolase were increased after twenty-four hours,and then descended straightly(P<0.05);Serum levels of AFP were decreased after treatment,and there were significant difference between pre-and post-treatment.Conclusions Measurement of FDP aldolase activities in serum after ablation treatment is clinically useful to detect the damage degree of tumorous tissues of HCC.FDP aldolase combined with ultrasound has great value in monitoring the necrosis in tumor tissues of HCC treated by RF.
