【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声引导下门脉癌栓穿刺注射结合高频聚焦超声 (HIFU)技术治疗门脉癌栓的安全性和有效性。方法 :8例合并门脉主支癌栓的原发性肝癌患者在超声引导下穿刺在癌栓内注入碘油化疗药物混悬液并接受 HIFU治疗。结果 :1例患者出现肠系膜上静脉异位栓塞 ,无其它相关并发症出现 ,X-线摄片示门脉癌栓内碘油致密沉积 ,MRI或 CT检查示门脉癌栓血供消失 ,随访 4例患者门脉癌栓缩小或消失。结论 :超声引导下门脉癌栓内药物注射结合 HIFU技术是一种安全和有效治疗门脉癌栓的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the safety and efficacy of using inject ion of iodized oil into portal venous emboli guided by US combined with HIFU to treat embo lization in portal vein.Methods:Eight patients with primary liver cancer complicated w ith embolization in portal vein underwent iodized oil suspension injection into portal vein guided by US and afterwards HIFU treatment.Results:One patient appeared ectopic embolism in mesentery vei n,and other patients had no complications.X-ray examination showed pykno-depo sition of iodized oil in the emboli.MRI or CT examination demonstrated blood-su pply disappeared in the emboli.In the fellow-up,4 patients had shreaked or disa ppearance of emboli.Conclusions:Iniecting drug into the emboli in portal vein guid ed by US combined with HIFU for treatment of embolization in portal vein is a sa fe and effective therapeutic method.更多还原
