肾细胞癌彩色血流信号平均密度与病理免疫组化对比研究

【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声新指标彩色血流信号平均密度 (MCVD)和病理免疫组化指标微血管密度 (MVD)在评估肾细胞癌血供情况的临床应用价值。方法 :对 3 8例肾细胞癌患者术前行超声检查 ,计测 MCVD值 ;术后对肿瘤组织标本切片行 CD3 4免疫组织化学染色 ,计测MVD,并进行统计学对比分析。结果 :3 8例肾细胞癌的 MCVD与 MVD呈正相关 ,与临床分期 (Robson分期法 )无明显相关。结论 :MCVD较 MVD能更好地反映肾细胞癌血管生成状况 ,于术前较准确评价肾癌血供

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore in vivo an angioge nesis parameter——mean color vessel density(MCVD) generated from ultrasound and t o compare the former with microvessel density (MVD) derived from immunohistochem is try for assessing the clinical value of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) vasculature Methods:Thirty-eight RCCs were examined with ultrasound preoperatively and the MCVDs were calculated;all the slices of tumor tissue spec imens excised were stained with CD34 and MVDs were calculated respectively The n the MCVDs and MVDs were analyzed statistically Results:In the 38 RCCs,MCVD and MVD showed positive rank correla tio n (r=0 344,P≤0 05),and had no association with clinical stages (Robso n stage) Conclusions:MCVD could reflect the cancer neoangiogenesis better than MVD and it can evaluate RCCs’ blood supply accurately before operati on
