【摘要】 目的了解社区健康服务工作开展实际情况,为更好地指导社区健康服务工作提供依据。方法以随机抽样调查方法,对宝安区10镇(街道)各抽查一个有社区健康服务站(以下简称为社康站)的社区,每个社区各随机抽查20户居民和工厂1间,以社区健康服务工作为主要调查内容,入户调查。结果对社康站工作表示满意的占60.0%;对社康站医务人员服务态度认为好的占68.3%;对社康站医务人员技术水平认为好的占36.0%;对社康站医疗费用认为便宜的占59.6%。结论宝安社区健康服务"六大功能"工作已逐步开展,并取得一定成效;但社康站医务人员素质偏低,技术水平满足不了群众需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To obtain the developing real information of community health care, guide better the work of community health care. METHODS The 10 communities in the study randomly selected from 10towns, respectively, In every community, investigator came into the homes of inhabitants, let them do questionnaires, later analyzed with statistic methods. RESULTS 60. 0% people thought the work of community health station was good., 68. 3% people thought the service attitudes of doctors in community health station were good, 36. 0% people thought the technique level of doctors in community health station was good, 59. 6% people thought fee-for service of community health station was cheap. CONCLUSION The six functions of community health care have gradually developed and have made some effect, but the accmplishments of doctors in community health stations are lower , and the technique level can’ t be satisfied for the demands of pepole.更多还原
