【摘要】 对中国兰州生物制品研究所制备的伤寒Vi疫苗进行接种副反应调查,并以A群流脑疫苗作为对照,对92467名接种者的副反应调查结果表明,伤寒Vi疫苗组副反应发生率为59.01/10万,流脑疫苗组发生率为82.60/10万,2个疫苗接种组一般副反应发生率无显著性差异。伤寒Vi疫苗组共出现16种症状38人次,主要症状为发热占21.05%、皮疹占18.92%、头晕占18.92%;流脑疫苗组出现25种症状91人次,排前3位的是发热占18.68%、头晕9.89%、冷汗7.69%。认为伤寒Vi疫苗副反应轻微,安全性好,是一种群众愿意接受,特别是欠发达地区值得推广的疫苗。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study was conducted to survey the adverse events following the vaccination of Vi polyaccharide typhoid vaccines produced by Lanzhou Biological Products Institute,P.R.China.Group A meningococcal vaccines were administered as control.In this study,total 92 467vaccinees were observed for adverse events.The rate of adverse events occurrence is 59.01/100 000 in Vi vaccine recipients and 82.60/100 000 inmeningococcal vaccine recipients.No significant difference was found between study group and control group.38 person times of adverse events with 16 symptoms were observed in the recipients of Vi vaccine,the most frequently occurred symptoms was fever,accounting for 21.05%,erythema for 18.92%and dizzy for 18.92%;91 person times of adverse events with 25 symptoms occurred in vaccines of meningococcal vaccines.Fever(18.68%),dizzy(9.89%)and sweating(7.69%)were the three leading symptoms found in the controls.Vi polysaccharide typhoid vaccine is considere as a safe vaccine with mild adverse effect,and is acceptable for the public.It is worthy of being introduced in underdeveloped areas particularly.更多还原
