【摘要】 目的对企业作业场所劳动卫生状况进行对比分析,研究“三同时”卫生防护效果的持续性,探讨最佳防护效果的方法。方法以1993年6月底竣工投产的42家新、改、扩建“三资”企业为研究对象,对比不同行业卫生防护效果,10年间技术改革及管理状况对卫生防护效果的影响。结果(1)化工、玩具行业作业点毒物合格率、机械行业作业点粉尘合格率下降明显。(2)10年间无整改或技改且管理欠佳的11家企业10年后毒物和粉尘作业点合格率下降明显。(3)采用机械自动化、湿式作业、密闭通风防护措施的防护效果及持续性好于局部通风。结论科学设计是提高和保持卫生防护效果的关键,管理维护工作是使卫生防护设施长期有效运转的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE Analysis on the labor hygiene condition of homework place in enterprises,to research the continuous effects of hygiene protection of“three simultaneous",and study the methods of the best protection result.METHODS Contrasting results of different profession hygiene protection of the 42 enterprises,which finished construction and produced first before June in 1999,to research the effects of hygiene protection of the technique reforms and the manage condition in 10 years.RESULTS (1)Qualified rate descent obviously,which of poisonous thing of homework points in chemistry factoies,and powder dust in machine profession.(2)It descent obviously,that qualified rate of poisonous thing and powder dust of homework point in 11 enterprises ,which had not changing in technique and managing not quite right after 10 years.(3)It is good that results and consecution of protection measure of machine automation,wet type homework,ventilating closely, contrast ventilating partly.CONCLUSION Science design is the key that increase and keep up with the effect of hygiene protection,systematically supporting and managing is the guarantee which make the hygiene protection facilities availably revolve long term.更多还原
