【摘要】 目的报告应用腹腔灌注化疗联合高频透热治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效。方法进展期胃癌患者共47例,分为治疗组24例及对照组23例。均采用LFMP化疗方案(四氢叶酸+5-氟脲嘧啶+丝裂霉素+顺铂)。治疗组24例,通过人工腹水法大容量腹腔灌注化疗,再用国产NRL-001型差频电容场肿瘤热疗系统加温腹腔;对照组23例,采用常规静脉滴注法进行全身化疗。结果客观疗效治疗组5417%,对照组2609%,P<005。结论腹腔灌注化疗联合高频透热治疗进展期胃癌有效率高,毒副反应小,对于改善生活质量、延长生存期有较显著的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The curative effects of treatment of advanced gastric cancer with abdominal cavity perfusion chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia were reported.Methods 47 cases of sufferers from advanced gastric cancer were divided into combined therapy group(24 cases)and contrast therapy group(23 cases).All of them were treated according to LFMP chemotherapy regime(Tetrahydro-folic acid+5-Fluorouracil+Mitomycin+Cisplatin).The former were treated with abdominal cavity perfusional chemotherapy by the means of artificial hydroperitoneum at full capacity,and then warmed up at abdominal cavity with hyperthermia therapy by using NRL-001 hyperthermia therapy system made in China;the latter were treated with chemotherapy through regular vein injection.Results The curative effect proportion of the former was 54.17% and that of the latter was 26.09%,P<0.05;the proportion of improvement of living quality of the former was 62.50% and that of the latter was 30.43%,P<0.05;the average living period without disease(m)of the former was 6.76 and of the latter was 4.69,P>0.05;the general average living period(m)of the former was 9.13 and that of the latter was 7.39,P<0.05.Conclusion As the treatment for advanced gastric cancer with abdominal cavity perfusion chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia,the curative effect is good and the negative reaction is little.For improving living quality and increasing living period,the clinical importance is rather evident.更多还原
