缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿血清白细胞介素-8水平的动态变化
The Changes of IL-8 Concentrations in Serum of Neonates with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy
【摘要】 目的 探讨缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)新生儿血清白细胞介素 -8(IL -8)水平变化及在HIE发病机制中的意义。方法 以 17例正常足月新生儿脐血为对照组 ,对 3 6例HIE患儿疾病极期、恢复期初血清IL -8水平进行观察。血清IL -8水平采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫 (ELISA)法检测。统计学处理采用方差分析、q检验。结果 3 6例HIE患儿疾病极期血清IL -8〔( 5 9 85± 3 0 45 )pg/ml〕水平较对照组〔( 6 13± 2 2 5 ) pg/ml〕显著升高 ( q =11 8814 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ;恢复期初血清IL -8〔( 2 1 66±14 0 6) pg/ml〕水平较极期显著下降 ( q =10 44 0 0 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,但仍明显高于对照组 (q =3 5 195 ,P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 HIE疾病极期血清IL -8水平急剧升高。IL -8参与了HIE脑损伤的病理过程
【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of the interleukin-8(IL-8)in the serum of neonates sufferin g from hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE),and the significance of the change o f the serum IL-8 in HIE pathogenesis.Methods The control group was 17 normal neonates.The IL-8 concentrations in the serum we re detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)at the critical stage and the beginning of convalescent stage in 36 cases of HIE neonates and 17 norm al neonates.The data were analyzed with analysis of variance,Newman-Keuls q test .Results The concentrations of IL-8〔(59.85±30.45)pg/ml〕 at the critical stage of t he 36 cases HIE neonates was significantly higher than the control grtoup’s 〔 (6.13±2.25)pg/ml〕(q=11.8814,P<0.001).The concentrations of IL-8 〔 (21.66±14.06)pg/ml〕at the beginning of convalescent stage were significant ly lower than the critical stage (q=10.4400,P<0.001).But it is significa ntly higher than the control group’s(q=3.5195,P<0.01).Conclusion The IL-8 concentrations rise sharply at the critical stage of HIE.The IL-8 play a role in the pathological process of brain damage of HIE.
