【Abstract】 To improve the quality of medical records management,it is essential to establish associated regines and a series of indexes for convenient registering case numbers.Managers should be familiar with classification of the diseases andopertions,and index cards correctly,input patients information into computers,and bookbind and place medical records. Self- checking regularly is also needed for discovering and correcting error in medical records.
