【摘要】 目的:子宫颈高频电刀环切术(Leep)用于治疗物理治疗效果差的慢性宫颈炎,观察宫颈的愈合时间,术后出血量,并发症等。方法:2000年9月~2003年5月该院妇产科门诊采用Leep治疗63例慢性宫颈炎(宫颈Ⅱ度糜烂和宫颈肥大)患者,并对结果进行分析。结果:63例中,一次性治愈61例。一次性治愈率96.82%,总治愈率为98.41%。患者目前无妊娠要求.故未有妊娠的报道。结论:Leep手术治疗是安全有效的治疗慢性宫颈炎的方法,尤其是物理治疗效果差的慢性宫颈炎。规范的手术治疗方法可以克服宫颈狭窄等并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the application of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (Leep) in treating chronic cervicaldisease, and observe the post-operation bleeding amount and complications. Methods: 63 cases with chronic cervical disease inobstetric and gynecologic clinic in this hospital treated by Leep were observed and analyzed from Sep. 2000 to May 2003. Results: Of 63 cases.,61 were cured only by one time, the cure rate of one time was 96.82%. The total cure rate was 98. 41%. The patientshad no request for pregnancy, so there was no pregnant record. Conclusion: Leep was a safe and effective procedure of treating chronic cervical disease, especially those kinds ofchronic cervicitis with poor effect by physical therapy. The standard operation could avoid the complications, such as cervix stricture.更多还原
