【摘要】 目的:为了阐明指导家长科学喂养对婴儿体格生长的影响。方法:针对该院所管辖的2002年1-12月出生的散居儿童,除低出生体重儿、巨大儿以及离开深圳生活的儿童外,对余下的672例婴儿用抛硬币法将其分成两组:指导组360例、对照组312例,分别在婴儿3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月时进行体格检查,了解各组儿童体格生长情况。用SASv8.01软件进行数据分析。结果:两组婴儿6个月、9个月、12个月时体格生长情况有显著差异,指导组明显优于对照组,同时指导组儿童患病率明显低于对照组。结论:做好儿童保健工作,指导家长科学喂养,可积极促进婴儿体格生长,降低儿童患病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of guided parental feeding on physical growth of infants. Methods: Apart from low birth weight, overweight and those who were out of Shenzhen, all the 672 infants born from January to December, 2002 and served by the second clinic were randomly divided into two groups: guided and compared group . To know about their growth , they were examined respectively when they were 3,6,9 and 12 months .The data were analysed with software SASv8.01. Results: Their growth was apparently different from each other when they were 6 , 9 and 12 months , the guided group’s was obviously superior to the compared ones .Conclusion: Good child health care and guided parental feeding can improve their physical growth and lower the possibility of illness.更多还原
