【摘要】 目的 :对妊高征并发 DIC致多器官功能衰竭患者的临床诊断及处理进行探讨。方法 :通过对 7例妊高征并发 DIC致多器官功能衰竭病例的临床资料进行回顾性总结 ,分析其发病原因、诊断标准、预防措施和治疗方法。结果 :导致多器官功能衰竭的主要原因是妊高征并发 DIC。衰竭器官最常见是血液系统 ,其次为肾功衰竭和肝功衰竭。结论 :妊高征并发 DIC致多器官功能衰竭是引起孕产妇死亡重要原因 ,积极治疗妊高征 ,早期诊断和预防多器官功能衰竭 ,是减少孕产妇死亡的关键更多还原
