【摘要】 目的 :了解江苏省妇幼保健系统医务人员接受性病 /艾滋病知识培训和掌握性病 /艾滋病防治知识的现状 ,为在该系统内进一步加强和改进性病 /艾滋病知识的培训提供依据 ,并考核专业培训效果。方法 :对江苏省妇幼保健系统 4 8个市、县(区 )妇幼保健院 (所 )的妇幼保健人员和 2 6个乡镇 (街道 )卫生院的妇产科医务人员以及参加省级培训班的学员培训前后等进行问卷调查。结果 :被调查的省妇幼保健系统的医务人员 5 7.0 4 % (490 / 85 9)接受过培训 ;培训率有地区差别 ,苏南高于苏北、苏中 ;培训多集中在近 3年 (占 6 9.6 % ) ,并以半脱产为主 (占 6 5 .3% )。既往是否培训与掌握性病 /艾滋病防治知识无相关性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但近期参加省级师资培训学员的知识水平较培训前显著提高 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :江苏省妇幼保健系统的医务人员急需加强性病 /艾滋病知识专业培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the training status in STDs/AIDS and knowledge on STDs/AIDS among medical workers in Jiangsu province health care system for maternal and children (JSMCHS), to prepare for the training on STDs/AIDS prevention in JSMCHS and to evaluate training effects Methods:Medical staffs in charge of department of obstetrics and gynecology were asked to answer a questionnaire on training on STDs/AIDS prevention in JSMCHS which includes 48 health care hospitals at the city / county(distraction) lever and 26 hospitals at the countryside/street lever Results:57 04%(490/859) of medical providers investigated in JSMCHS had been trained recently, the training rate was different in regions , the rate in southern region of jiangsu was higher than that in middle and northern region of jiangsu Most of the training was carried out in recent three years(69 6%), and the training for more than half of the medical providers (65 3%) was partly released from their regular work The knowledge levels about STDs/AIDS among them were not associated with training( P >0 05) Conclusion:The medical workers in JSMCHS should be trained systematically in the knowledge about STDs/AIDS更多还原
