【摘要】 目的　探讨老年肺结核外科治疗的临床特点。方法　对 1998- 2 0 0 3年进行了外科综合治疗的 5 6例老年肺结核的临床疗效进行回顾分析。结果　 5 6例老年肺结核中 5 5例临床痊愈 ,治愈率98.2 % ;31例术前查结核菌阳性患者 ,术后全部阴转 ,痰菌阴转率 10 0 %。结论　老年肺结核在术前合并症得到纠正 ,术中尽可能减少创伤 ,术后正确处理并发症 ,手术治疗老年肺结核在手术适应症许可的条件下仍是一种较好的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the clinical features of senile pulmonary tuberculosis cases received surgical treatment.Methods The treatment outcome of 56 cases of senile pulmonary tuberculosis received surgical treatment from 1998 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 56 cases 55 were clinical cured,the cure rate was 98.2%.Thirty-one cases of sputum positive were negative after operation,the sputum negative conversion rate was 100%.Conclusion Surgical treatment could be selected for senile pulmonary tuberculosis if complications were corrected before,wound was reduced in operating and complications were corrected after operation.更多还原
