【摘要】 针对纹织物种类繁多、工艺复杂、立体感强等模拟实现困难的问题,提出了一种根据不同纹织物的工艺特点进行建模的处理方法.以沙发布和贾卡经编织提花织物为例,详细讨论了它们的工艺特点.为了便于计算机编程,将工艺模型进行适当的简化,并给出了相应的模拟流程.其他种类纹织物也根据其工艺特点建立了相应的工艺模型.在综合各类纹织物工艺建模理论基础上,开发了基于Windows2000操作系统的纹织物模拟软件.该软件达到了纹织物真实感模拟效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 To overcome the difficulty of simulating the variety kinds of jacquard fabric with complex process and obvious third dimension, a new modeling method according to its process characteristics was proposed. As examples, the process features of sofa and jacquard warp knitting were discussed. Their process models were simplified for the convenience of computer programming, and the corresponding simulation flow was given. The process models of other jacquard fabrics were also built. Based on the theories of various process models, jacquard fabric simulation software was developed on windows 2000 operation platform. By using this software, satisfying simulation results of jacquard fabrics can be achieved.更多还原
