氧体积分数对于对二甲苯液相催化氧化的影响
Effect of oxygen volume fraction on p-xylene liquid phase catalytic oxidation
【摘要】 对工业反应条件下的对二甲苯氧化过程进行了实验研究,测定了不同氧气体积分率下的液相、气相各组分浓度随时间变化关系.采用双曲型的主、副动力学模型拟合实验数据,得到了各步反应速率常数与氧体积分数的关系式.结果表明,氧对反应的影响随其体积分数的增加而减弱,在某一门槛值以上,反应速率不再明显变化,同时氧体积分数对主反应速率的影响要比对燃烧副反应的影响更为显著.
【Abstract】 Experiments on p-xylene liquid phase oxidation at different oxygen volume fraction of 3%~37% were carried out to investigate the effect of (oxygen) volume fraction on main and combustion reactions. A fractional kinetic model was employed to fit the data. The influence of oxygen volume fraction on the rate constants can be well represented by a fractional-like relationship. The result showed that the effect of (oxygen) volume fraction on the reactions decreased with the increase of volume fraction over a schwellenwert value of 7%. In the range of 4%~5% of industrial reaction conditions, the influence of oxygen volume fraction is more remarkable on combustion reactions than on the main reaction.
