基于模糊质量损失的公差稳健设计方法的研究

【摘要】 分析了产品质量的模糊性及田口平方型质量损失函数的局限性;应用模糊理论拓展田口损失模型,提出了模糊质量损失和模糊质量损失成本的概念;探讨了应用模糊质量损失模型实现公差稳健设计的两种方法:由模糊质量损失成本构造综合成本作为目标函数,或制定一个最大模糊质量损失作为稳健性约束.用公差设计实例进行验证,结果表明该方法是合理有效的.

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of fuzzy factors in tolerance design and the limitations of traditional Taguchi’s squared quality loss function, a fuzzy quality loss function model utilizing fuzzy theory was introduced. Concepts about fuzzy quality loss and fuzzy quality loss cost were proposed in the model. The characteristics of the new model and the advantages over traditional Taguchi’s quality loss function were analyzed. A robust tolerance design model using a fuzzy quality loss function was proposed. An example was given to illustrate the validity of the proposed model. The result shows that this method can reliably make conclusion on loss of fuzzy quality more objective and reasonable.
