基于LonWorks与无线扩频通信的管线SCADA系统

【摘要】 SCADA系统具有良好的实时监控和数据采集及分析能力。设计了一种采用RTU采集子网内的各个传感器数据 ,通过Lon Works网络将各个RTU的数据传输到子网监测服务器上 ,然后各监测子网通过无线扩频通信系统 ,将数据传输到中心监测服务器。该SCADA系统应用在某油田输油管线上取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益

【Abstract】 SCADA system offers excellent real time supervisory and data acquisition and analysis capabilities. In system designed by author, by using RTU. data from each transducer in sub network are collected, through LonWorks network, the data are transferred into sub network monitoring server, then data from each sub network monitoring server are transferred into central monitoring server through wireless spread spectrum communication system. This SCADA system has been used in certain oil field pipeline with excellent economical and social effects.
