【Abstract】 One of the many challenges facing teachers, administrators, and teacher educators throughout the world is ensuring that teachers provide specially designed instruction to all students, including students with disabilities , to enable these students to meet high academic standards. So the author sets up a rubric for meeting the instructional needs of students with disabilities. This rubric consists of five areas: (1) Setting or environment; (2) Selection/Identification of materials to be used in the lesson; (3) Presentation of materials or lesson; (4) Response mode of students; and (5) Assessment/Evaluation of student knowledge. The teachers should carry out adaptations, modifications and accommodation in the five areas, so that the students can meet the high academic achievement required.更多还原
