【摘要】 为更好地落实《中国残疾人事业“十五”计划纲要》 ,推进中国聋儿康复“十五”方案实施 ,让更多的聋儿回到有声世界 ,本文系统地分析了中国聋儿康复工作的现状 ,并就目前面临的困难和问题 ,提出了加强聋儿康复技术资源中心建设、培养专业队伍 ,实施早期干预、救助贫困聋儿等对策 ,以期进一步推动我国聋儿康复工作的快速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to carry out the "Tenth Five-year Program for the Handicapped" and to promote China rehabilitation for deaf children, and make more deaf children to return the sound world, this paper aimed at systemic analysis of the status of China rehabilitation for deaf children. It discussed the status, pointed out existing problems, and put forward some strategies to promote the development of china rehabilitation for deaf children, these strategies including strengthening the construction of rehabilitation technology and resource, cultivating professionals, fulfilling early intervention, and helping poor deaf children.更多还原
