【Abstract】 China always pays attention to farmland protection legislation and implements the strictest possible system for protecting farmland. But there are imperfections in this system, for example, appropriate policies and regulations are vacant. This leads to the outcome that it dos not achieve the desired results in the respect of farmland protection. For this reason we should clarify the value of farmland protection legislation, regulate legal position of farmland protection, build full legal system, set up and improve farmland development right system.更多还原
