【Abstract】 The paper argues that Chinese mining capital market is facing a historical opportunity for new-round reform and development under the new situation. So be good at summarizing the law of mining capital market development; seize the opportunity moment to rationalize and develop mining capital market; make new contributions to strategic restructuring for state-owned mining enterprises and geological prospecting units.
