【摘要】 定量资料的一般性统计分析中比较常用的方法就是t检验、方差分析与秩和检验,看起来简单,却容易出错。在分析时须考虑资料的设计类型,不要把t检验当成“万能工具”。只有结合实际,正确选择统计分析方法,才能得出令人信服的结论。

【Abstract】 The common methods of statistical analysis for quantitative data have t test, analysis of variance and rank test. They seem simple, but are liable to be misused. When analyzing data, we should take the style of experimental design into account, instead of regarding t test as"universal fixture". Therefore, only by considering the practical situation and selecting the statistical methods correctly, a convincing conclusion can be reached.
