三维振动强化抛光振动台固有振动动力学建模与分析

【摘要】 振动强化、抛光技术用于对复杂异型曲面工件进行表面强化、抛光处理。本文给出了三维强化、抛光振动台动力学模型。通过数值分析和仿真 ,获得了该振动台各阶固频与振型 ,弄清了适用于三维振动台运动的三种振型。证明了采用变刚度弹性支承对固频调谐的有效性。从而为该振动台的设计提供了理论基础。

【Abstract】 Vibration technology is used to strengthen and polish workpieces with complicated strange curved surfaces.A dynamic model of a certain kind of three-dimensions shaking table for vibration stregthening and polishing is proposed.By numerical analysis and simulation,natural frequencies and mode shapes of all orders can be obtained.Three kinds of mode shapes suitable to motion excitation for three-dimensions shaking table are found out.It is proved that natural frequency modulation by elastic supports with variable stiffness is efficient.Thereby,theoretical basis of designing this kind of shaking table is provided.
