SMA杂交复合材料板低速冲击响应研究
RESEARCH ON THE LOW VELOCITY IMPACT RESPONSE OF SMA HYBRID COMPOSITE PLATE
【摘要】 本文应用有限单元法 ,研究了形状记忆合金 (SMA)对复合材料板低速冲击响应性能的影响。研究中 ,通过分析对比不同SMA体积含量复合材料板的低速冲击响应 ,得出SMA能的效地改善复合材料板低速冲击响应性能的结论 ,其中 ,SMA体积含量为 0 .3的复合材料板的最大挠度大约减少了 3 0 %。
【Abstract】 In the paper,the effect of shape memory alloy(SMA) on the low velocity impact responses of composite plate is studied by using finite element method.The result,that the shape memory alloy can effectively improve the low velocity impact response performance of composite plate,is deduced by analyzing and comparing the low velocity impact responses of composite plates with different SMA fraction,and it is found that the transverse deflection of the SMA hybrid composite plate,which SMA fraction,is 0.3,is reduced approximately by thirty percent.
