【摘要】 综合国内外文献 ,结合笔者开展中药生物转化研究的体会 ,介绍了国内外中药生物转化的研究现状以及在中药现代化研究中的意义 ,提出了开展中药全成分转化的思路并分析了进行中药全成分转化研究的可行性及一般方法 ,并就开展中药全成分转化研究存在的问题和今后需要加强的工作等进行了讨论。认为开展中药全成分生物转化研究对充分发挥中药的潜在价值和我国的中药资源优势开发、形成具有中国特色的生物转化研究体系、开发具有自主知识产权的新药具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The significance and present research situation of biotransformation of Chinese materiamedica (CMM) were reviewed in this article. Based on the references and our studies in biotransformationof CMM, the idea of biotransformation of CMM’s total constituents was put forward. The feasibility andgeneral method of biotransformation of CMM’s total constituents were analyzed, and the existing problemsand the work that should be emphasized were discussed significantly. Biotransformation of CMM’s totalconstituents would be significant to give a full play to CMM’s potential value and development of ourcountry’s dominant resources, to shape the biotransformation research system with Chinese characteristicsand to develop new drugs of independent intellectual property.更多还原
