【摘要】 目的分离并鉴定桑寄生Taxilluschinensis(DC.)Danser中黄酮类化合物,建立槲皮素和槲皮苷的含量测定方法。方法利用硅胶柱色谱分离黄酮类成分,用红外、紫外、质谱等谱学方法确定化合物的结构,采用HPLC法测定槲皮素与槲皮苷的含量。结果槲皮素在0.1～4.0μg范围内,槲皮苷在0.3～2.4μg范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系。结论含量测定方法精密度高,分离度良好,具有实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To isolate and identify flavones from Taxillus chinensis (DC.) Danser, to establish the content determination of quercetin. METHODS: The flavones were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel. Its structures were identified by spectroscopic methods, including IR, UV, MS. HPLC was used to assay the quercetin. RESULTS: quercetin and quercitrin content were determined. CONCLUSION: This method is accurate, reliable with good separability and reproducibility, it can be applied as standard for the control of Taxillus chinensis (DC.) Danser.更多还原
