西青果药材及提取物液相指纹图谱的应用研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究西青果色谱指纹图谱提供完整的质量信息 ,更有效地监控质量。方法 :以A∶0 .0 5mol·L-1磷酸溶液 /0 .0 5mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 (1∶1) ;B :甲醇 ;C :醋酸乙酯为流动相 ,梯度洗脱 ,建立了诃子、西青果高效液相色谱指纹图谱的基础上 ,进行了西青果药材、西青果浸膏粉 (提取物 )及制剂 藏青果含片的色谱指纹图谱的试验研究 ;结果 :西青果及其提取物、成品的指纹图谱特征峰由没食子酸、terchebulin、chebulamin ,河黎勒酸和诃子酸组成。结论 :试验研究证明色谱指纹图谱是全程监控生产工艺质量的有效手段

【Abstract】 AIM: Terminalia chebula contained hydrolysable tannins up to about 35%. It was necessary to establish a chromatographic fingerprint to meet the quality control need effectively. METHODS: HPLC method was carried out with 3 kinds of the mobile phase , namely, A∶ 0.05mol·L -1 Phosphoric acid/ 0.05mol·L -1 Potassium dihydrogen phosphorate aqueous solution, B: methanol and C: Ethyl acetate, running in gradient mode based on the previous experiment. RESULTS: A marked peaks of HPLC fingerprint of the raw material, the extracts and its final product consisted of gallic acid, terchebulin, chebulamin, chebulagic acid and chebulinic acid. CONCLUSION: The fact has depicted that chromatographic fingerprint is a powerful tool for in-process-quality supervisory control and dynamic analysis of the active constituents during manufacture procedure of immature fruit products of Terminalia chebula.
