微波辅助提取淫羊藿苷的中试研究

【摘要】 目的 :在连续式微波辅助提取中试装置内 ,对影响淫羊藿苷提取率的因素进行研究 ,并获得最佳工艺条件。方法 :采用正交实验的方法 /因素为磁控管阳极电流、液固比、微波辅助辐射时间。结果 :淫羊藿苷的最佳工艺条件是微波辅助辐射时间助提取时间 1 .5h ,液固比 2 0 0 0 / 1 5 ,磁控管阳极电流 0 .7A。在此条件下淫羊藿的提取率为 91 .5 9%~ 92 .6 5 %。结论 :此法优于传统水提法。磁控管阳极电流、液固比、微波辅助辐射时间对淫羊藿苷提取率有高度显著影响 ,应注意控制。

【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the factors that influence the extraction efficiency of icariin in pilot plant of continuous microwave assisted extraction and select extraction conditions. METHODS: Applying orthogonal design with three factors: permatron anodic current, solid to liquid ratio and microwave assisted irradiation time. RESULTS: The optimal strategy met the extraction conditions of permatron anodic current 0.7A , the ratio of liquid to solid 2000/15 and microwave assisted irradiation time 1.5A . In such condition the extraction efficiency of icariin was in the range of 91.59% ~ 92.65% . CONCLUSION: Microwave assisted extraction is superior to the traditional water extraction, permatron anodic current, solid to liquid ratio and microwave assisted irradiation time should be strictly controlled because they greatly influence the extraction effciency of icariin.
