【摘要】 目的 :观察荆楚风湿软膏 (马钱子、制没药等 )对小鼠、大鼠的抗炎、镇痛和免疫作用。方法 :采用Whittle法、大鼠足跖肿胀法、小鼠碳粒廓清等方法进行实验。结果 :受试药物外敷给药 ,对角叉菜致大鼠足跖肿胀有明显抑制作用 ;能抑制醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加 ;对 2 ,4 二硝基氟苯致小鼠耳廓皮肤迟发性超敏反应有显著的抑制作用 ;能抑制小鼠体液免疫功能 ;对小鼠网状内皮细胞吞噬功能无明显影响。结论 :该药品有一定的抗炎、镇痛和免疫抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ATM: To observe the anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulation of Jingchufengshi Ointment (JCFSO) (Semen Strychni, Myrrha Preparata, etc.) on the pathological model. METHODS: Whittle’s method, the swelling of rat sole and mice carbon clearance test were used to determine the immunomodulation and anti-inflammatory effect of JCFSO. RESULTS: JCFSO external application could inhibite the swelling of rat sole induced by ameliorates and inhibite the higher permeability of abdominal capillary of rat which was induced by acetic acid and also significantly inhibite the skin delay allergic reaction induced by 2,4-dinitroflurbenzene in rat and reduce immune indices (P<0.01) but had no effect on the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial cell. CONCLUSION: JCFSO has certain anti-inflammation, analgesic effect and immune inhibition.更多还原
