【摘要】 目的 :研究辛芩片剂对过敏性鼻炎的治疗作用。方法 :采用抗血清致大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏和小鼠耳异种被动皮肤过敏 ,二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀 ,组胺致大鼠鼻粘膜毛细血管通透性增高实验模型 ,研究辛芩片剂 (细辛、荆芥、抗风、白芷等 )对过敏性鼻炎的影响 ,并与辛芩颗粒剂进行同步比较。结果 :与空白溶媒组比较 ,辛芩片剂 (3g生药·kg-1)能抑制大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏、小鼠耳肿胀和组胺致大鼠鼻粘膜毛细血管通透性的增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而辛芩片剂 (6 g生药·kg-1)能明显抑制大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏、小鼠耳异种被动皮肤过敏反应、小鼠耳肿胀和组胺致大鼠鼻粘膜毛细血管通透性的增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,同时辛芩片剂与辛芩颗粒抗过敏性鼻炎的作用没有差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :辛芩片剂具有明显的抗过敏、抑制炎性水肿和拮抗组胺的作用 ,可用于过敏性鼻炎的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the effect of Xinqin Tablets (Herba Asari, Herba Schizonepetae, Radix Saposhnikoviae and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, etc) on allergic rhinitis. METHODS: The models of rat homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) and mice auricle heterologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis caused by antiserum, mice ear edema caused by dimethylbenzene, rat nasal mucosa capillary permeability increase induced by histamine were employed to study the effect of Xinqin Tablets on allergic rhinitis. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, Xinqin Tablets(3g crude drug/kg) could inhibit rat homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis, ear edema of mice and rat nasal mucosa capillary permeability ( P <0.05), and that Xinqin Tablets (6g crude drug/kg) could inhibit rat homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis, mice auricle heterologous passive anaphylaxis, retrain ear edema of mice and reduce rat nasal mucosa capillary permeability significantly ( P <0.01). At the same time, there were no significant differences in treatment of allergic rhinitis between Xinqin Tablets and Xinqin Granules ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: Xinqin Tablets had significant effect of anti allergic, anti inflammtory edema and antagonisting histamine, and these results thus suggested that Xinqin Tablets might be potential for therapeutic application to allergic rhinitis.更多还原
