【摘要】 目的 :观察丹参红花注射液 (丹参、西红花等 )对实验性大鼠脑缺血的保护作用。方法 :采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉方法复制急性实验性不完全性脑缺血模型 ,观察丹参红花注射液对大鼠脑指数、脑含水量、脑血管通透性及脑组织形态学的影响。结果 :丹参红花注射液 (7.2 ,14 .4mg·kg-1)能明显减轻大鼠急性脑缺血所引起的脑指数、脑含水量的病理变化。同时降低脑内毛细血管通透性 ,维持脑组织神经细胞形态结构的正常。结论 :丹参红花注射液有明显的脑缺血保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the protetive effects of Danshenhonghua Injection (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Stigma Croci,etc) on acute cerebral ischemia in rats. METHODS : The model of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia was built by ligaturing bilateral carotid arteries. Cerebral index,cerebral water content ,capillary permeability of brain,and the change of cerebral morphology in rats were observed. RESULTS : The cerebral index,cerebral water content,capillary permeability of brain decreased remarkably with 7.2,14.4mg·kg -1 of Danshenhonghua Injection,and the injury of brain tissue was also abated by Danshenhonghua Injection significantly. CONCLUSION : Danshenhonghua Injection has the protetive effects on acute cerebral ischemia.更多还原
