川西侏罗系蓬莱镇组浅层低渗气藏水锁损害研究
THE STUDY ON WATER BLOCKING DAMAGE TO PENGLAIZHEN SHALLOW GAS RESERVOIR OF JURASSIC IN WEST SICHUAN BASIN
【摘要】 水锁损害是川西侏罗系蓬莱镇组浅层低渗砂岩气藏的主要储层损害类型之一。理论探讨和实验研究表明,毛管力在水锁形成中起着关键作用;采用甲醇混合液饱和风干法和毛管力自吸离心饱和法能够快速有效地建立低渗岩心含水饱和度;蓬莱镇组气层含水饱和度大于65%以后气体相对渗透率接近0,钻井液滤液造成的水锁损害大于模拟地层水。给出了避免和减轻该气藏水锁损害的措施。
【Abstract】 Water blocking is one of the major formation damages to Penglaizhen shallow gas reservoirs of Jurassic in west Sichuan basin. According to theory and laboratory experimental results, following conclusions are obtained in this paper. First, capillary force plays a critical role in water blocking damage. Second, the water saturation of low permeability sandstone cores can be set up quickly and efficiently by air-drying the core which are saturated with methanol solution or by centrifuging the cores which are saturated through capillary imbibitions. Third, the cores of Penglaizhen formation will lose all their gas permeability if the water saturation is more than 65% and drilling filtrate leads to more serious water blocking damage than formation water. Finally, the paper proposes out some measures to avoid and lighten the reservoir′s water blocking damage.
