一种新型低伤害压井液LW的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF A NOVEL LOW FORMATION DAMAGE KILL FLUID LW
【摘要】 采用粉状HPAM为增粘剂,以三价有机铬离子为交联剂,研制了一种新型低伤害LW压井液,该压井液运用弱交联原理配制而成,考查了LW压井液的腐蚀性、滤失量和抑制性。结果表明,LW压井液密度可调范围大(1.0~2.2g/cm3),室内岩心流动实验中含粘土岩心的渗透率恢复率达91.4%,滤失量极低,对金属腐蚀小。
【Abstract】 This article introduces a novel low formation damage kill fluid LW.The kill fluid LW is developed by using weak crosslinking mechanism.And the corrosivity,fluid loss,and inhibitive effect of the kill fluid LW are investigated.Tests indicate that this system has wide range of density(1.0~2.2 g/cm 3),low fluid loss and low corrosivity.The fluid is undamageable and permeability restoration is high up 91.4% in core experiments.
