耐盐性AM/AA/MMT复合吸水材料合成条件改进研究
STUDY ON SYNTHESIS CONDITIONS OF ACRYLAMIDE/ACRYLIC ACID/MONTMORILLONITE SALT-TOLERANT COMPLEX WATER-ABSORBENT
【摘要】 以丙烯酰胺 (AM)、丙烯酸 (AA)为原料 ,以蒙脱土 (MMT)为无机添加剂 ,采用水溶液聚合法合成了耐盐性AM/AA/MMT复合吸水材料 ,优化改进了其合成条件。结果表明 ,优化的合成条件是 :单体AM和AA的质量配比为 6 / 1,MMT用量为 7.5wt% ,交联剂浓度为 0 .0 8wt% ,水溶液pH值为 6 ,引发剂浓度为 0 .0 7wt%。吸水材料在10 %NaCl溶液中吸液率达 6 4倍 ,在 15 %NaCl溶液中吸液率达 4 5倍 ,在 2 0 %NaCl溶液中吸液率 33倍。
【Abstract】 The acrylamide/acrylic acid/montmorillonite salt-tolerant complex water-absorbent was synthesized by water solution copolymerization using acrylamide and acrylic acid as raw materials,montmorillonite as inorganic filler.The synthesis conditions were improved.Optimum conditions were:mass ratio of acrylamide/acrylic acid is 6/1,amount of montmorillonite is 7.5wt%,concentration of cross-linking agent is 0.08wt%,pH of water solution is 6,amount of initiator is 0.07wt%,salt-water absorbency was up to 64g.g -1in 10%NaCl solution ,45g.g -1in 15%NaCl solution,33g.g -1in 20%NaCl solution.
